Abstract:
Subjects in the curriculum SKI Madrasah Aliyah is one part of the Islamic Education subject that is directed to prepare learners to recognize, understand, appreciate the history of Islamic Culture. which later became the basic philosophy of life (lifestyle) through guidance, instruction, training, use of experience, habituation and example. However, this fundamental value has not been fully implemented in pembelajaran. Hal is because the subject of history (which in this context means the history of islamic culture) is identical to the lecture method, memorization and this resulted in cerita. Hal history can only be imagined by learners can be extracted without any values contained in the history of islamic culture. Inability to visualize this history also leads to less motivated student to learn subjects in the History of islamic Culture. And in the end, the Culture History of Islam has been formed in the minds of students as subjects that are less interesting and boring
